At Mini Cloves, your satisfaction means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — with kindness and fairness.


📦 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

You may return or exchange items if:

  • The size doesn’t fit

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product has a visible defect or damage


📅 Return & Refund Window

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • For international orders, please notify us within 5 working days after receipt.


🔖 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags and labels must still be attached

  • Sale & clearance items are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless it's our error)


💰 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be made via store credit

  • Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item

💡 Note:

We reserve the right to reject returns if the items do not meet our return conditions. For hygiene reasons, accessories & socks are not eligible for return.
